Raita

This is a classic Indian side dish that can be used as a sauce or a dip. 

Ingredients

1 small seedless cucumber, grated
2 cups plain yogurt
2 tablespoons chopped tomatoes
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Salt to taste
Pinch of red chili powder
Pinch of Garam Masala

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir.
